School of Wok founder, author and TV chef Jeremy Pang comes from three generations of Chinese chefs.
We're thrilled to announce that on Friday 6th October, he'll be making his debut in the demo kitchen, cooking you a banquet in honour of China's Golden Week.
Jeremy will be bringing Hong Kong to London, with recipes drawn from his recent book Hong Kong Diner, all made using delicious Market produce.
Jeremy's menu will include:
Claypot chicken & salted egg rice
Gui fa chow dan (Chinese Egg Lettuce Wrap)
Cucumber & wood ear fungus salad
Razor clams in black bean & chilli
The demo kitchen will be held in the Market Hall Friday 6th October, 12.30-2pm, with all the usual tips, inspiration and tasters. See you there?
