Chef, writer and broadcaster Paula McIntyre is back in the demo kitchen on Friday 4th August, going crazy for cucumbers.
Northern Ireland director for Slow Food UK and Borough Market regular, Paula’s out to show how versatile the odd shaped fruits can be. Her menu will include:
Cucumber and mint gazpacho, pickled cucumber, apple and smoked almonds
Sole with butter and dill braised cucumber, cucumber emulsion
Chicken gyro with flatbread, charred spiced cucumber, feta
Miso roast duck breast, hot and sour cucumber, cucumber ribbon salad
