Award winning chef Hayden Groves is back in the demo kitchen to give you a knife masterclass.
Illustrating different techniques such as filleting, turning, jointing, dicing and slicing, he'll be cooking up delicious seasonal dishes with the finest Market produce.
Keep an eye out for Justin from Borough Kitchen who will be joining Hayden to give a demonstration on knife sharpening. Learn different techniques to sharpen your knives safely and efficiently when cooking at home and the best tips and tricks for keeping them sharper for longer.
Hayden's seasonal menu will include:
Chicken and chicory with Belgian blond ale
Autumnal mushroom risotto
Poached Dover sole, with mussels, cucumber and chives
