Tony Rodd, Masterchef finalist 2015 and supperclub chef, will be taking the reigns of the demonstration kitchen this Friday, inspiring us with a selection of well dressed plates.
Having made a name for himself as the master chocolatier on Masterchef, Tony's aim is to show home cooks how to elevate their dishes by playing with traditional flavour combinations and texture as well as top notch presentation.
Tony's menu will include:
Roasted beetroot, smoked eel, beetroot vinaigrette & parsley oil
Seared sea trout, peas, asparagus & baby gem, shellfish broth
Chocolate & hazelnut tart, strawberries & chocolate soil
