Award winning chef and Great British Menu winner, Emily Watkins returns to the demo kitchen on World Vegetarian Day.
Emily will be bringing us up to speed with her use of wild mushrooms in vegetarian dishes on the menu at The Kingham Plough and her latest Cornish outpost, The Carew Arms in Antony.
Her menu will include:
Mushroom tart tatin with hollandaise sauce
Jerusalem artichoke soup, pickled mousseron, truffle & confit yolk
Demo kitchens are free to attend with tasters, plenty of cooking tips and recipe cards to take home. Come and join Emily in the Market Hall between 12.30-2pm on Friday 1st December.
