Husband and wife Adam and Anna Robertson spent years searching for exciting vegetarian and vegan food with little success, so decided to start making it themselves. They avoid ‘fake meat’ products such as tofu or manufactured soya proteins and opt instead for organic, seasonal, local ingredients—vegetables, beans, pulses, legumes, herbs and spice—to hand-make their simple but intensely flavoursome veggie burgers, salads, sauces, dips, curries and soups.
